Time and Materials
Time and Materials is simply: “pay as you go for what you use”. As a client you will be provided with an itemised time log. There is no minimum time – i.e. a 3 minute job will be charged as 3 minutes.
YesIT guarantees to only charge for what the job “should have taken”. This protects you in the event that excessive hours are spent on a problem, you will not be charged for the excess.
Full Managed Services
Managed Services is a fixed price per month calculated on the number of servers and systems you have. Service levels can be formalised via “Service Level Agreement”. Pricing is assessed on a site by site basis BUT as a guide is calculated as: $300 per production server and $40 per PC per month.
Hybrid “Small Business” Package
The Small Business option is where the client agrees to a minimum but also has a capped maximum. For example: Monthly IT Support minimum of 3hrs and capped at a maximum of 6hrs per month. This is for the support of “existing systems” and includes IT helpdesk, exception monitoring, critical recovery of servers, PCs, email systems etc.
If YesIT is engaged we implement technologies that make our work as efficient as possible. These save cost to our clients (and the environment:) by minimising travel & minimising the time to resolve issues. YesIT pays for licencing these technologies and they are supplied as part of our service.
